What Gives Employees Job Satisfaction?

The underlying processes that lead to job satisfaction have been largely overlooked. The purpose of this study is to explore the extent to which being confident, optimistic, hopeful and resilient influences job satisfaction by enhancing one's view of themselves as a meaningful and worthwhile member of the organisation.
